Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF)

The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) qualification is for those who wish to raise their awareness of the signs and symptoms associated with common mental health problems both related to the workplace and in the general public.

This qualification has been designed to help candidates develop their active listening skills, knowledge and confidence to engage in conversation with individuals suffering potential mental ill health and to be able to direct them to a reliable, expert source of support, both internally and externally. It will also assist with policy writing and risk assessments for mental health in the workplace that will be beneficial to both employer and employee.
